and Associates, Inc. Robert has been a licensed
architect since 1971. He is N.C.A.R.B. certified, that is
he is registered nationally. Robert is presently licensed to
practice architecture in New York, New Jersey, and
Connecticut. He is a member of the American Institute of
Architects. He has served as a professional expert before
many municipal planning boards.

in New York City in 1963. He graduated with honors, and earned a "Professional Degree" in architecture from
Columbia University in 1971. He has obtained additional

Facilities.
During Robert's thirty-plus year professional career, he
gained extensive experience in large public projects while
employed by the Port Authority of New York and
New Jersey. During his association with the Port Authority,
Robert advanced from an entry-level position through the
ranks to hold the key position of "Resident Architect" of
the ill-fated World Trade Center. In that capacity, Robert
was responsible for architectural and related matters on
all construction projects, and design of Port Authority
improvement projects.
Robert has also been involved in the private sector. He had
the unique authorization to practice privately while
employed by the Port Authority. After leaving the Port
Authority, he held the position of lead architect for several
years in a 30-person New Jersey architectural firm.
Subsequently, in 1993, Robert formed his present
architectual firm.
As a result of his private practice experience, and wide
ranging experiences with the Port Authority, Robert
has extensive knowledge of many facets of architecture
and related matters including, construction, space
planning, management and coordination with other
design professions. His career has permitted him to
combine the technical expertise of an architect with,
somewhat uniquely, management and marketing on the
business side.

Wagner College on Staten Island, and granddaughter of
